Over time, Water Management has identified a recurring issue with these plastic angle stops. The soft, flexible washer attached to the end of the plastic stem is prone to premature deterioration. Exposure to chloramines in the water supply, elevated water pressure, and hot water accelerates the wear, causing the washer to erode and fail within just a few years.

Rather than replacing the entire valve, Water Management INC restores the existing angle stop by replacing the plastic stem with a durable brass stem and upgrading the original soft "00" washer to a premium-grade "00" washer.
